    Jenny recently moved to Idaho and loves the outdoor greatness our state has to offer. Her favorite activities include trail running, mountain biking, hiking, and especially skiing. Jenny's active lifestyle has influenced her decision to work in orthopedics.

  • Chad Fisher, PA

    Chad has provided clinical orthopedic and sports medicine as a physician assistant and athletic trainer for over 20 years. He enjoys helping patients of all levels to safely return to life, work, and activity. In his free time, Chad enjoys backcountry wildlife, skiing, golf, cooking, and history.

  • Chelsea Heffner, MPAS, PA-C

    An Idaho native, Chelsea grew up in Meridian and completed her undergraduate at The College of Idaho. She headed to Boston for her graduate degree and went on to Seattle, working in orthopedics surgery as a PA. After ten years, she found her way back to Boise. When she’s not at DOC, Chelsea spends her time exploring the outdoors with her family and dogs.

  • Tim Hosch, PA

    After working in trauma centers in Maine and Arizona, Tim made the jump to Idaho, bringing with him multiple years of experience working with traumatic orthopedic injuries. A lover of all things water-related, Tim spends his time swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and floating.

  • Paige Lea, PA

    Growing up in Boise, Paige is no stranger to the beautiful Treasure Valley. After making a few stops in Michigan, Colorado and Connecticut, she excitedly returned to Idaho to join the DOC family. When she’s not at the clinic, you can find Paige exploring new trails, bouldering, swimming or doing yoga.

  • Olivia Mayfield, DNP

    Before moving to Idaho, Olivia lived in Arizona where she was a nurse on a medical-surgical floor, worked in the ICU for six years, and earned her doctorate. Olivia loves to adventure and spends her free time taking part in just about any outdoor activity or sport, including soccer, swimming, and triathlons.

  • Robert McDonald, PA-C

    Robert brings a wealth of experience to the orthopedic team, having served over 26 years as a U.S. Army Combat Veteran with deployments to Afghanistan, Kosovo, and Iraq. His military service has instilled in him a deep commitment to patient care and readiness. Outside of work, Robert enjoys playing hockey and attending rock concerts.

  • David "Kalani" Mench, PA

    Growing up in Kailua, Oahu, David is a true outdoor enthusiast. More specifically, he loves to spend his free time fly fishing. David went to school for athletic training and worked as an ATC at a division 2 school and orthopedic clinic in Hawaii before attending PA school.

  • Kassie Spinnie, DNP

    Kassie grew up in Washington but has been living the Boise life since 2016. After graduating, she worked as an inpatient RN for 5 years, primarily in pediatrics. Kassie loves all things outdoors including rock climbing, paddle boarding, and snowboarding.

  • Thomas Tryon, PA

    Tom has been in practice in the Treasure Valley since 2002. He is a member of the Idaho Association of Physician Assistants as well as the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Tom enjoys hunting, camping, and fishing with his family and friends.

  • Brett Turner, PA

    Before attending college, Brett spent two years in Chile where he was able to master his fluency in Spanish. He is new to Idaho and moved from his home state, Washington with his wife and two daughters.

  • Dan Whitted, PA-C

    Dan first moved to Boise in 1976. Dan has spent the last 32 years working in orthopedics, first an Athletic Trainer and outreach coordinator and then as a PA in a busy private orthopedic clinic in Boise. He enjoys traveling, especially on a motorcycle, working on bikes and cooking.

  • Addison Wooldridge, PA

    Before being a PA, Addy spent six years in the military and then worked as a personal trainer and CNA. Growing up in California, he participated in many sports including surfing, rock climbing, and skydiving. Today, Addy enjoys adventuring outside with his wife and two kids.
